If you are an existing customer and would like to make a payment on your account, please click here. The following signup process is only for customers requesting to begin new service at their location. If you need assistance setting up your customer payment portal, please contact Customer Care.

Do not reply to the form you are sent via email as it goes to an unmonitored inbox. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Care directly.

If you are trying to make a payment on a closed/suspended account or are an existing customer wanting to make changes to your service, please contact Customer Care by phone.

Your request will expire after 7 days if not completed. At that point, you will need to restart the process. Each time you begin the online signup process, a new document is created. You may receive reminders regarding those extra documents. If you have paid already, you can disregard the extra notices.

Online service requests are manually processed and will be completed within 3 business days. This request does not guarantee service. An email notification will be sent out once your request has been completed or if additional information is required.
